Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Offshore Fly. They operate together with the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
1. Decision-support purpose
Offshore Fly is a professional operational decision-support tool. It does not replace pilot judgement, approved meteorological sources, manufacturer limitations, vessel procedures, aviation regulations or site-specific risk assessments.
The pilot in command and operating organisation remain responsible for every final operational decision.
2. Forecast data
Weather, marine and solar data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. GO, LIMITED and NO GO assessments are not guarantees of safe conditions or mission success. Critical information must be verified using approved sources.
3. Professional subscription
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The App Store provides the price and currency for your region.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account settings.
- Evaluation access is subject to the conditions shown in the app.
4. Acceptable use
You must use Offshore Fly lawfully and in accordance with applicable aviation, maritime, workplace, privacy and export-control requirements.
5. Intellectual property
Offshore Fly software, design, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws.
6. Availability
Features and supported data sources may change. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions or third-party providers.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offshore Fly is provided “as is” and “as available”.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offshore Fly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on forecasts, assessments or service availability. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
